Good morning from The Garden!

When we are heavily burdened or when we are filled with grief, we often have trouble getting started with our own prayer requests. Sometimes we feel we just can’t think of what we need or exactly how we should begin talking with God about our situation.

God understands our weakness.

“In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express….” Romans 8:26.

As the spirit intercedes for us in our time of need, we also must intercede for others. Anyone in a time of crisis or pain can feel the spirit through the prayers of others.

Intercessory prayer makes a difference.

” Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and supposition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6

Have a blessed day!
In Christian love,
Diane
