These words touched my heart this morning. They were penned by Bill Gaither in 1965. At that time, I was a young bride with a future stretched out before me. I had no knowledge of children or grandchildren, or anything that God might lay before me. But well over 50 years later I know without a doubt that the longer I serve Jesus, the sweeter He grows. It is a most exciting ride.
The words to this song need nothing added to them:
