You can find in the Bible three basic guidelines for making responsible decisions.
“He who answers before listening—that is his folly and his shame. Proverbs 18:13—- Get the facts before you answer.
“The intelligent man is always open to new ideas. In fact, he looks for them.” Proverbs 18:15—Be open to new ideas.
‘The first to present his case seems right, till another comes forward and questions
him.” Proverbs 18:17—-Make sure you hear both sides of the story before deciding on a course of action.
All of these principles reflect on getting more information. This is often difficult and requires patience, but it pays off in the end.
