“Lord, who may go and find refuge and shelter in your tabernacle—he who speaks the truth from his heart.” Psalm 15:2b.
You may be known for speaking your mind, or someone may say “you really shoot from the hip.”
You may look at this attitude as merely telling the truth. But notice here that it’s the truth that comes from the heart. This makes a huge difference.
When the truth is spoken from the heart, its purpose is
to build up, not tear down;
to improve, not destroy;
to cleanse, not to soil.
The truth from the heart makes things right!
I’m speaking from my heart this morning and giving a shout out for my new publications. I now have Di’s Devotions from The Garden Volume II. I know many of you have used Volume I this past year, but now it is time to start a new year. I also have other publications that make great Christmas gifts, including a Children’s Book. You can review them all on my website lifesdevotions.com. You can order on the website or reply to this email and let me know what you would like, and I will get it to you pronto. Thank you for all your support these past years and I pray God will bless each of you.
Have a blessed day!
In Christian love,
Diane
