Good morning from The Garden!

It is a beautiful day and I’m cruising down the highway, enjoying the ride.  Suddenly my car starts “messing up.” I pull over, get out of my vehicle, and raise the hood. Then I stare at the engine. Oh, yes, I have done this. I cannot for the life of me understand why I think that just staring at this car will make it run again, and I don’t have a clue what I am looking at in the first place. (This scenario is not quite so frequent now, because of the use of cell phones, On-star, etc, but I can remember a time.)

You know the rest of this story. My car does not run smoothly again until someone who knows about cars fixes it.

When your life is “messing up,” you can’t just stare at it and expect it to get fixed. You have to call upon the One and Only One who can put your life back together again.

The Lord is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in Him.” Nahum 1:7.

Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do know know.” Jeremiah 33:1

Cast all your cares upon Him, for He careth for you.“1 Peter 5:7.  God can fix things, because He cares.

The only way to get back on the road to your eternal destination is to reach out to God and allow Him to keep your life running smoothly.

Have a blessed day!
In Christian love,
Diane
