It’s been many years since I traveled the winding roads of Colorado, but one of the signs is still very much present in my memory—-“Share the road.” I have never thought that it would be necessary to actually instruct drivers to do this. I just thought it was understood. But after nearly meeting other cars head-on on occasions, I realized that the reminders could not come too often.
You know, we all need to be reminded to share—–share our possessions, share our faith, share our burdens, share our good times, share our sad times, share our laughter, share our tears. When we share our sorrows are divided and our happiness is multiplied.
“And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.“ Hebrews 13: 16.
