In order to stay balanced on top, you have to use muscles that you did not even know existed. Finding that perfect balance eventually helps you strengthen every part of your body.
Balancing our daily lives in the right way can be just as challenging, but so rewarding when we find ourselves stronger mentally, physically, and spiritually.
Jesus is our ultimate example: ” And Jesus increased in wisdom (mentally) and statue (physically) and in favor with God and man (spiritually).” Luke 2:52.
Jesus knew how to balance His life. We are challenged to do the same.
