Read the following words carefully:
“But mark this: Thee will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,—having a form of godliness but denying its power……..”
These are not the words of an angry blogger. These are not the words of someone who has been bullied or abused. These are not the words of an irrational speaker. These are the words that come straight from the WORD OF GOD. God knows each one of us; He knows what influences we face everyday. He knows the tendencies that we may find within ourselves.. He knows people that we should avoid.
This scripture ends with these words: “HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM.“
God’s desire is for each of us to claim the power that comes from remaining close to His Inspired Word.
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness—“
Live for God and He will live through you.——–Why?—-Because the Bible tells me so………
