“I am your servant; give me discernment that I may understand your statutes.” Psalm 119:25.
The psalmist desired to know what to do with God’s Word. Just knowing and memorizing scripture is not enough. Faith comes alive when we apply Scripture to our daily lives—our everyday tasks and our moment by moment concerns.
The Bible is like medicine—it goes to work only when we apply it to the affected areas.
