Good morning from the Garden!

I’m sitting here in my state room looking out at beautiful clear blue water. As most of you know, I am on a cruise around the Greek Islands.  I am made aware of God’s presence very where I look.

Earlier we stopped  and toured Ephesus.  I was amazed at the old city that is being found daily  The archeologists have carefully scooped away the dirt to uncover the city.
I imagined Paul walking around the stone streets preaching the gospel of Christ to pagan worshippers who had never heard of a One True God who love them.

Rhodes, our next stop, was surrounded by a stone wall connected to a huge castle fort.
This wall was meant to protect the city and to keep all enemies away from the people.

Blessed. Is the Lord, for He has shown me that His never-failing love protects me like the walls of a fort…..” Psalm 31:21.

God’s love surrounds us and gives us protection in His strength.  We can therefore keep steady in our faith no matter the circumstances.

Cherish this wall and keep it strong.

Have a blessed day!
In Christian love,
Diane
