Good morning from The Garden!

I like to watch “doctor” shows.  Each episode reveals a patient who needs emergency “fixin’.”  Many times the show is about someone who needs a new heart. His heart just is not working the way it was intended to function, so he receives a transplant.

When the heart is not working the way God intended, He will give you a heart transplant.

“I will give unto you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.” Ezekiel 36:26

A new heart from Christ means a new start. No matter how imperfect your life has been or is right now, God promises to give you a brand new start. He holds no grudges, He remembers no sin, and He wishes for you to live filled with His Spirit. Your old heart of stone, hardened against God and His total will for your life, can be replaced with the heart God desires for you—-a heart of flesh softened in His Spirit and covered in His love.

God doesn’t just patch up something old, He gives you something brand new. Claim His promise and live with this new heart in the present and embrace the future He has designed for you.

Have blessed day!
In Christian love,
Diane
