“The Lord is my shepherd. I shall not want.” what a comforting thought!
Sheep totally trust the shepherd–He never leads them into danger. They sometimes wander away from his protection, but he finds them and brings them back to safety.
When we find ourselves in troubled waters, it is not because God wants us to be there. “He leads me beside still waters.”. That is where God wants us to be—–still (calm) waters. He takes the lead. We just have to follow.
