Good morning from The Garden!

Ralph Waldo Emerson states that a friend is one “with whom I can speak my thoughts aloud.”

We certainly had a chance to do just that yesterday.  A group of us (Town and Country) got together and shopped for a while, ate lunch, went to the lake, leisurely sat and watched birds, and just visited.  We certainly all spoke our thoughts aloud and had a wonderful time.

Friendship is special and we need to take the time to develop the relationship between friends.

Everyone needs a friend who will listen to him and be loyal to him at all times, but here is a thought:………

Having that special friend actually begins with you.

A man that has friends must show himself friendly.” Proverbs 18:24.

Instead of always wishing that you have friends, you must try first of all to be one.

There are people everywhere who need your friendship. Ask God to reveal them to you and to direct you to help them in a special way each day.

“A friend loveth at all times...”  Proverbs 17:17.

Have a blessed day!
In Christian love,
Diane
