As I listen to this beautiful praise song this morning, I count my blessings. I am aware of all the ways that I can sing of the goodness of God in my life.
Sing along: “All my life you have been faithful–All my life you have been so sooo good.
With every breath that I am able—I will sing of the goodness of God.“
The Psalmist feels this same emotion as he pens these words:
“How can I repay the Lord for all His goodness to me?” Psalm 116:12
He is overwhelmed with the goodness of God and wants to repay God.
God doesn’t want our repayment. He simply wants us to recognize His blessings and pass on the same goodness to others.
