CHRISTMAS—–CHRIST—THE REASON FOR IT ALL!
“The Lord Himself shall give you a sign: Behold a virgin shall conceive, and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel.” Isaiah 7:14.
“And she brought forth her first born Son and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.” Luke 2:7.
“For unto you is born this day in the City of David, a Savior, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger……..Glory to God in the highest and on earth peace good will toward men.” Luke 2:11, 12,14.
The scriptures say it all—–The Christ Child–the reason for it all—The prophets foretold His birth, Mary and Joseph experienced his birth; we celebrate His birth; and He now reigns forever in our hearts and lives.
