Even in a world that is full of turmoil and conflict, you can be at peace. You can feel comforted because you are “in tune” with Christ.
“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” John 16:33.
Jesus has not abandoned the world, and He never abandons you in your struggles. You are never alone.
If you can remember that the ultimate victory has already been won, you can claim the peace of Christ in the most troublesome times.
