I saw a comment the other day that stated simply: “If there is a heaven….” I thought “IF?”
That is a huge word and no one should ever need to doubt that there is a heaven.
Heaven is real. How do I know this? The Bible tells me so; God tells me so; Jesus tells me so.
Jesus says in John 11:26 “Whosoever liveth and believeth in Me shall never die.”
There is an eternity part in every person—the soul. “…and the Lord God formed man in the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a LIVING SOUL.” Genesis 2:7.
Jesus said, “You believe in God believe also in Me….” John 14:1.
Jesus said, “Whosoever believes in me shall not perish.” John 3:15.
If you believe in Jesus as the Son of God who died for your sins and who rose on the third day and ascended unto Heaven, then your soul will be saved. The soul lives on throughout eternity.
Jesus said, “In my Father’s House are many mansions. If it were not so, I would have told you.” John 14:2.
If heaven was not real, Jesus would have told you.
Jesus continues: “I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you unto myself, that where I am, there you may be also.” John 14:3.
“To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.” 2 Corinthians 5:8.
Life here on earth is real. You have a job to do. You have lives to touch. You have a mission for God right here. But most importantly, if you believe Jesus, the Only Begotton Son of God, you have an eternal life with Him. There is no “IF.” Heaven is real!
