Good morning from The Garden!

I have enjoyed watching my granddaughter Preston and her TA team play basketball games this week.  During the game I noticed that when any one of the players tripped another there was always a foul called.  In other words the rules state that you cannot cause another person to stumble.

“Be careful, however, that the exercise of your freedom does not become a stumbling block to the weak.”  1 Corinthians 8:9

“So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.  Do not cause anyone to stumble……”  1 Corinthians10:31-32.

God’s word is clear about the importance of your influence on others.  Think about your actions before you act.  The freedom that you embrace as a child of God comes with responsibility.  Be sure you don’t draw a foul.

Have a blessed day!
In Christian love,
Diane
