Locked out! No entrance! I got home last one night and could not get in my house. It was my home, and I needed to get inside. But I could not get my key to fit, and the lock didn’t work. Now this was a panicky feeling!
We never have to experience this feeling when it comes to our salvation and eternal life. God opens the door and His Heart to receive all who believe.
“The Word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart, that is the Word of faith we are proclaiming: That if you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved…….Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Romans 10:8-10; 13..
The entrance is easy; it is never locked no matter what you have done in the past. Jesus waits to bring you in.
Now obviously, I eventually got into my house, but not before I felt that it was impossible. Don’t allow anything to make you feel that it is impossible for God to forgive you and for you to have entrance to His heavenly Kingdom. Just speak His name and He will open the door and welcome you in.
