Several years ago my sisters and I took a vacation to beautiful Lake Tahoe. We flew in and then rented a car. Since my name was on the rental agreement, I was the designated driver; my sisters were the navigators. We set the GPS on the vehicle and also had detailed map on our phones. With confidence in the system, we set out to our destination.
We were completely in unfamiliar territory, yet we were not lost. The GPS system guided us every step of the way. We sometimes felt we unsure of ourselves, we trusted the guidance mapped out for us.
The Psalmist writes, “You have made known to me the path of life…” Psalm 16: 11a.
God is fully prepared to show you the path of life. You just need to pay attention to His words as He gives you the directions. Even when you are not sure of the way, you must remember that you are not lost. God is with you, and He waits to show you the path a step at a time.
He knows the way; He shows you the way; and the best of all, he travels with you the entire trip.
Have a blessed day!
In Christian love,
Diane
