Waiting wears me out! Do you ever feel that way?
“I waited patiently for the Lord; He turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the pit of despair—,and set my feet on a rock, and gave me a firm place to stand. He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God.–” Psalm 40:1-3.
Waiting for God to help us is not easy. David was rewarded for waiting patiently.
God lifted him out of despair.
God set his feet on a rock which gave him a firm place to stand.
God put a new song of praise in his mouth (a new attitude).
Often God’s blessings cannot be received or appreciated until we go through the trial of waiting.
So relax, and wait——-God answers in His time.
