“This is the word that came from the Lord: ‘Go down to the potter’s house, and there I will give you my message....’ ” Jeremiah 18:1
Three important lessons are stated in this verse:
1. The Lord speaks to us. “The Word came from the Lord..“
2. He doesn’t always tell us the whole story. “Just go..……”
3. When His time is right, He will tell us what He needs for us to do. “I‘ll give you the message….”
When we hear or feel the Lord telling us to do something, He just expects us to follow His lead, trust Him, and be obedient. He will do the rest.
