Good morning from The Garden!

My grandson is getting married next month. There is much excitement in the air.  The day is getting closer and closer. For this day to be special, much preparation has been made—They had to choose a place, a minister, flowers, caterers, music, invitations, and much more. The anticipation is exciting, but they had to prepare for the big day. They didn’t just sit and wait for it to come.

We wait for answered prayers; we wait for the promises that God has given us through His Word; we wait for the Second Coming; we wait—- we wait with eager anticipation of all that He is. But while we wait, we prepare. We love God through Christ Jesus and we love others as He loves us, and our actions show this love. We prepare and we wait.

No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love Him.” 1 Corinthians 2:9.

We cannot imagine how wonderful it will be when we finally see God face to face and receive His final promise—the promise of Eternal Life. The preparation will be worth it; the wait will be over, and the reward will be everlasting.

Have a blessed day!
In Christian love,
Diane
