Good morning from The Garden!

It’s quiet this morning, but last night my home was filled with laughter.  Twenty four ladies having fun, enjoying refreshments, playing games, and just being friends with one another.  I like to sit and observe. These ladies come in the door carrying food and greeting cheerfully.  Many of them are coming in after a long day at work; others after other tasks have been completed.

But for a few hours these ladies do not have a care in the world—-no worries except for the concern that someone else would have another bunko!  Then as they leave, they seem to have a lighter step and smile in their hearts.

Our lives need laughter; our lives need friendship; our lives need fellowship.  Friendship and laughter can cleanse our hearts from the heaviness of worry or pain.

That’s why we cherish the Proverb that tells us that it’s MEDICINE.

Laughter doeth good like a medicine.”  Proverbs 17:22.

Try it; I know you will like it; and you will begin to feel better instantly.

Have a blessed day!
In Christian love,
Diane
