Good morning from The Garden!

“One Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God who is over all and through all.” Ephesians 4:5-6.

The Christian church is made up of Christian people.  People who love the Lord and believe that Jesus, God’s Son, was born of a virgin, lived a perfect life, died on the cross for our sins, was raised from the tomb, ascended unto heaven, and lives today at the right hand of God waiting to welcome all Christians into His kingdom.

All Christians should see themselves as one. Differences should not lead to division but should enhance the ministry and growth of the church.

Unity does not just happen; we have to work at it with a passion for spreading God’s word throughout our community and our world.

Instead of dwelling on what divides us, we should concentrate on what unites us—-one Lord.

Even in our differences we should always point others toward Christ. We can learn to appreciate those who have differing gifts and viewpoints and enjoy the way members of Christ’s body complement one another and minister to the needs of others.

One God is over all! May He bless each of us as we do His will. May we serve Him until He calls us home.

Have a blessed day!
In Christian love,
Diane
