How do we stay positive, gracious, loving, and humble when circumstances make us want to be daily grumps or puffy know-it-all’s? Well, let’s see!
“It is good to praise the Lord and make music to your name, O Most High, to proclaim your LOVE in the morning and you FAITHFULNESS at night–-” Psalm 92:1,2
Clinging to His love in the morning will get us through the day, and recognizing His works and being thankful for His faithfulness will get us through the night.
This should just about cover the twenty-four hour day.
Then you, “will flourish like a palm tree and grow like the cedar of Lebanon–-” 92:12.
Palm trees grew tall and sported a long life. The cedars of Lebanon grew to 120 feet in height and up to 20 feet in circumference; thus, they were solid, strong, and immovable through any type of weather.
The Psalmist saw believers who proclaimed God’s love and faithfulness as upright, strong, and unmoved by the winds of circumstance.
When we can’t change the circumstance, we can change our attitude and see God’s plan
Have a blessed day!
In Christian love,
Diane
