Good morning from The Garden!
The line weaves in and out, up and down, the ropes forming a barrier to keep some order to this assembly. People stand in line patiently for hours— for the opportunity– to buy a chance— for a reward —that might be possible—- if they by some miracle have the right numbers printed on a small piece of paper. This effort is spent to have something like a 1:300,000,000 chance to receive this award.
Many of these same people will miss the reward that can be in their hands instantly—no “maybe”; no “what if”; no “waiting”; no “losers.”
“If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and Believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, YOU WILL BE SAVED!” Romans 10:9
GUARANTEED A WINNER!
“…..that whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.” John 3:16.
“The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is ETERNAL LIFE.” Romans 6:23.
GUARANTEED TO RECEIVE ETERNAL LIFE!
But still every where you go you hear people asking others, “What will you do with the money, if you win the lottery?”
These are some of the answers you might hear:
“Celebrate and tell others I won?”
“Share it with many others?” That’s a big one—Share, share, share!
“Do the things I never thought possible.”
“Pay off my debts.”
“Keep it a secret until I figure out what to do with it.”
This same question can be applied to your eternal reward. “What will you do with Jesus once you are the winner of eternal life?”
