Good morning from The Garden!

This past week-end my family enjoyed yet another family reunion.  While the careful consideration for others was first on our minds, we celebrated our time together.

Four generations gathered together to get re-acquainted. It was amazing.  The youngest ones there represented the 6th generation from my grandfather and grandmother Bradley.

How do you keep a family together for that many generation you may ask?   Our answer is our faith in the One True God through Christ Jesus.  No doubt, sharing the faith binds us to one another.

The faith that keeps us all together cannot have a break in the chain. It is passed on from one generation to the other.

As the Apostle Paul blesses Timothy, he reminds him of this:

“I have been reminded of your sincere faith, which was first lived in your grandmother Lois and in your mother Eunice, and I am persuaded, now lives in you also. For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands.” 2 Timothy 1:5-6.

The faith of our grandparents began the journey that we all travel today..  May the circle never be broken and the journey always be God-led.

Have a blessed day!
In Christian love,
Diane
