What a simple yet powerful prayer!!
When we acknowledge that we are devoted to God, we can walk through anything. We just depend on His strength and on His knowledge of our lives.
When our trouble is so overwhelming, and our pain is so great, we reach out to God and know that He will comfort us and give us strength to face the moment.
“You are forgiving and good, O Lord, abounding in love to all who call to you. Hear my prayer, O Lord; listen to my cry for mercy. In the day of my trouble I will call to you, for you will answer me.” Psalm 86:5-7.
