Nehemiah began to see his vision come true as he watched the wall of Jerusalem being built. Then we find in Nehemiah 4:10 that the people decided to just give up: “Meanwhile the people in Judah said, ‘The strength of the laborers is giving out, and there is so much rubble that we cannot rebuild the wall.’ “
Does the task you are facing seem impossible? Are there too many things working against you? Before you give up, decide if you are in God’s will. Then instead of giving in, just get rid of the rubble that is keeping you from accomplishing the job. Examine the task before you; then minimize, prioritize, and get the job done.
