“May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by His grace gave us eternal encouragement and good hope, encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good deed and word.” 2 Thessalonians 2:16-17.
As Jesus encourages us in every word and deed, we can encourage one another.
In this time of isolation, words of encouragement mean so much to others. Sometimes that is all we can give, but it can be enough.
Encouragement may not fill the hours; it may not fill the pantry; it may not fill the dishwasher; but it definitely fills the heart.
