The scriptures teach us not to become discouraged but to look to God in all circumstances. “He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.” Isaiah 40:29.
“There is surely a future hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off.” Proverbs 23:18.
Abraham Lincoln lost nine times in his vie for public office. One of these losses was for U.S. Senator just two years before he was elected President of the United States.
Losing does not make you a loser. It is only when you give up trying that you have truly lost.
God’s Holy Word encourages and supports you in your weakest moment. Allow God to embrace you in your loses. Then you will always be a winner.
