Good morning from The Garden!

“Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much—-So if you have not been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who will trust you with true riches? And if you have not been trustworthy with someone else’s property, who will give you property of your own?” Luke 16:10-12.

Let’s paraphrase these verses thinking in terms of happiness, not material wealth.

I know God’s Word tells us that we have to find JOY that only God can give.  But I think this JOY comes from within and spills out on the others around us, therefore showing happiness.

Whoever finds true happiness when he has very little can also find happiness when he has much.  If you are not happy with what you have been given here in this world, then how can you be trusted to share with others the happiness of eternal life?  And if you are not able to be happy for someone else and what he/she achieves or possesses, then you will never find happiness within yourself.”  Luke 16:10-12.

This may be just a thought, but I know God wants us to share His love with a happy heart so others can see His wonderful works.

God simply tells us to be content where we are right now and trust Him to do the rest.

Have a blessed day!
In Christian love,
Diane
