Good morning from The Garden!

David must have been far from home when he wrote this psalm:

Hear my cry O God; listen to my prayer.
From the ends of the earth I call to you,
I call as my heart grows faint;
Lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
For you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe.”
Psalm 61.

Fortunately, God is not limited to any geographical location. Even when we are in unfamiliar surroundings, God is with us and hears our prayers. He never abandons us. God’s all-surpassing strength is the “high” rock that lifts us to a place of safety and comfort.  We are never far away from His Holy Presence.

God always meets us where we are, whether it is a geographical location, a state of mind, or a condition of weakness. Wherever we are, we can trust God to be there to answer our cries for help, comfort us, and walk us through.

Have a blessed day!
In Christian love,
