Good morning from The Garden!

I love to solve word puzzles—Wordle, Waffle, Word Crossy—–You get the picture.  I am told that this will keep my mind healthy.  I’m not sure about that, but it doesn’t hurt to try.  Rlght?  Learning something new is always good, but learning is not always understanding.

Information is all around us—-phones, watches, television, i-pads, computers—-the internet—Google, face book, twitter. We could easily get informational overload, and need a power surger to protect the brain.

But wait a minute! Is it possible that more is less?

For the foolishness of God is wiser than man’s wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than man’s strength.” 1 Corinthians 1:25.

We spend a lifetime trying to accumulating human wisdom and knowledge. We try to find an explanation for everything—total understanding.

The message of the Risen Christ—–His birth, His perfect life, His miracles; His death on the cross, His resurrection—— cannot be explained with human knowledge; it can only be accepted by faith. This is so simple it is hard for many to believe.

The “foolish” people who simply accept God’s plan are the wisest of all, because they alone will spend eternity with God.

Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” John 8:32

Have a blessed day!
In Christian love,
Diane
