Good morning from The Garden!

Jesus came to bring peace to the world:  “…peace I leave with you; my peace I give you; not as the world gives, give I unto you; let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”  John 14:27

Peacemaking is not always popular; some people would much rather stay “at war” than make the effort to make peace. The trouble with war is that there is hope for victory, yet someone must be the loser.

Jesus brings into the world the kind of peace that makes possible the “get along” lifestyle.——-No matter who is right or wrong, in Jesus’ name peace can come to all.

I am a man of peace; but when I speak, they are for war.” Psalm 120:7.

The glory of peacemaking is that it may actually produce two winners.

Peacemaking is God’s way, and it is our responsibility as Christians to live up to His standards.

If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.” Romans 12:18.

May the peace that passes all human understanding be with you always—Amen!

Have a blessed day!
In Christian love,
Diane
