Good morning from The Garden!

I was taken by surprise last night when it started to rain.  I’m not usually unprepared because I watch the weather closely.  But rain it did!  I awoke this morning and looked out to birds flying, hummingbirds eating hurriedly, and flowers and grass, dampened with new life.

We may not know what tomorrow brings, but we know who brings tomorrow.

James 4:13-17 states that we should not boast about what we will do tomorrow….for we do not know about tomorrow. We should do the Lord’s will today.

Verse 14 states “—You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes—” These words help us to keep our daily activities in perspective–our priorities straight.

He has given us the gift of today; we must open it and embrace it with a heart filled with His love——-love for God and for others.

Have a blessed day!
In Christian love,
Diane
