Good morning from The Garden!

I believe in heaven; I believe in a hill called Calvary; I believe that Christ took our sins to the cross so that we can be forgiven;  I believe that life goes on forever for the ones who believe in Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

I believe that He is the master of the universe and protector of our hearts. “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God believe also in me. [Jesus]. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you.  I go to prepare a place for you……I will come again and receive you unto Myself, that where I am there you may be also.” John 14:1-3.

I believe that my friend Caryn Oliver is in the arms of Jesus at this very moment.  She is soaking up the love of Christ that she has poured out on others every moment of every day of her earthly life.  She is seeing her mansion for the first time, and she is free of pain and completely healed.

Caryn had so much love for others and so much joy in her heart,  that she quietly shouted even through her pain:  “I have joy; and I want you to know it.  I want you to know that Jesus loves you.”

This special blessing could be felt by others even if they had never been introduced to her personally.

I believe that God can bring good to our lives in all situations.  “All things work together for good to them that love God for those who are called according to His purpose…”  Romans 8:28.

How can this be?  How can there be good when we are so heart broken?  The good comes as we follow the example that Caryn set before us.  The good comes as we minister to her husband and her daughter and watch them live their lives holding on to her memory and growing in the love for each other and passing this love on to others.

We love, we sing, we worship, we laugh, we smile, we live in her honor.

We embrace the miracle of eternal life.  That’s the legacy that Caryn left to all of us.

Have a blessed day!
In Christian love,
Diane
